what is kasama?

kasama (kah-sah-mah), meaning “to go together,” “with you,” or “partner” in Tagalog, is rooted in the belief that we are not meant to navigate life alone. We move in connection - with one another and with a deeper source of wisdom, whether you call it the universe, God, or life force energy.

kasama offers a range of services designed to support your growth, healing, and alignment. Through personalized life, leadership, and career coaching, energy healing, and educational consulting, I provide both reflective space and practical tools to help you move forward. This includes clarifying goals, strengthening communication, navigating workplace and academic systems, and building strategies that support career and educational advancement.

At the core of this work is a simple truth: you already hold the answers within you. My role is to partner with you in accessing that inner wisdom while also offering guidance, structure, and actionable steps to help you create meaningful change in your life, work, and learning journey.

about me

I’m the eldest daughter of Filipinx immigrants and have spent over 20 years working in advising and student services at colleges and universities across the United States. I’m also a partner and mom to two young children and a fur baby named Panko.

In my free time, I enjoy being with family and friends, laughing and being playful with my partner and kids, camping, trying new restaurants, reading, listening to podcasts, going for walks, and recently, flower arranging. To stay grounded, I run, follow workout videos, volunteer at my children’s school, help build an Asian American Pacific Islander nonprofit in my community, practice Reiki, and continue learning as a student of somatics.

These experiences shape how I show up - with empathy, intuition, and a deep commitment to equity and authenticity in my coaching and energy healing work. I look forward to working with you.
